We'll set up a call to get to know you and your property better. If it sounds like a great match then we'll meet you at the property for an onboarding meeting to kick off the process.

Your management fee covers creating and optimising your listing. This includes: coordinating professional photography, writing attractive listing descriptions, creating guest guides including access details, handling all booking enquiries promptly, vetting all guests, helping guests with any enquiries 24/7 during their stay, coordinating all housekeeping and linens and optimising your pricing using our market knowledge and dynamic pricing. We will also coordinate and resolve any maintenance niggles that may crop up.

We issue one net payment to you per month. This includes all of the booking payouts for the previous month deducting all fees, making it easy for you to know exactly what your net earnings are month by month.
