Where April Eats, Part 4: The Best Dinner Spots in Cheltenham
After exploring Cheltenham’s best coffee shops, bakeries and brunch spots, it is time for the evening edition of the series. If you missed Part 3, you can read April’s favourite brunch and lunch spots first.
This time, we are handing it back to April from @whereaprileats as she shares the restaurants she returns to again and again when eating out in Cheltenham. The town has plenty of dinner options, but these are the places that never fail.
Bosco Pizzeria
Location: The Quadrangle, Imperial Square
It is hotly debated, but this might be the best pizza in Cheltenham. The dough is light, the toppings are generous, and if you are a cheese lover, April insists you try the taleggio arancini.

Bao BBQ
Location: Regent Street
A great choice for anyone who likes to share food. The menu is packed with Asian inspired small plates, and the best experience comes from ordering several dishes between the table so you can try a bit of everything.

The Coconut Tree
Location: Saint Paul’s Road
Moorish Sri Lankan dishes that are perfect for sharing. Warm spices, great flavours and relaxed service. It is one of those places where you immediately start planning your next visit.

The Vine
Location: High Street
A cosy pub with an excellent range of local beers and wines, but the real surprise is the food. The Vine serves some of the best Thai dishes in Cheltenham and is ideal for a relaxed evening with friends.
