Red Kite was founded to bring a fresh and modern service to Airbnb Management and Holiday Letting.
We found local operators were too rigid and inflexible, for example tying owners in for 12 or 24 month contracts and having rules around what times of year owners can stay. Sometimes they will even charge owners to stay at their own home.
We think this is madness.
We found that national operators don't provide the local expertise, attention to detail or proactivity that is so important when it comes to short let management.
We are here to change that and show that it can be done much, much better.
We knew existing offerings didn’t reflect what owners and guests want - we knew it could be done much better - with purpose and with personality.

Our Founder, Freddie, has worked in the travel and holiday let industry for over a decade and brings with an unwavering passion to do things better.
We know that each property has a different story.
Owners want flexibility, market expertise and a safe pair of hands - we understand that one size doesn’t fit all when we’re talking about people’s homes and hard earned holidays.
From last minute lawn mowing to helping plan the perfect proposal - nothing is too much trouble.
